Eat, Play, Interact and Chic with EPIC Circle at Sg Wang Plaza

Objective

To build a social movement in Sungei Wang Plaza known as EPIC Circle, encompassing various interests, activities and tenants' offerings based on the following category; Eat, Play, Interact and Chic. 

 
 
 

Solution

A strategic content plan was created to increase engagement with the fans as well as driving traffic from the EPIC Circle community to Sungei Wang Plaza focusing on the shopping mall tenants based on the following category, F&B [Eat and Interact], fashion [Chic] and amusement [Play and Interact].

 
 
 

Executions

  • A content plan on Hidden Gems was executed where fans are able to find what’s hot and what’s new at EPIC Circle. New tenants and tenant promotions are also always updated to inform fans about their latest promos and news.

  • Monthly photo shoots were deployed and featuring social media influencers interacting with the following mall tenants based on the EPIC categories.

 
 
 

Performance Highlight

  • EPIC Circle has been in the centre news on its FoodZania Foodcourt which were the main attraction of the community.

  • EPIC Circle has garnered 6,143 likes on Facebook and 1,137 followers on Instagram.

  • Events such as the Anime Fiesta and Fashion Mix Up had amazing response from the fans.
