Attract and increase shopper visitations on weekdays through redeemable coupons for the respective F&B and dining tenants.
Create social virality for the FoodTopia campaign.
Solution
FoodTopia Weekday Treats campaign was created for shoppers to redeem after spending a certain amount on shopping at The Mines. With that, they’ll receive a coupon code which allowed them to enjoy the Weekday Treats set by participating outlets.
Executions
Food bloggers and social influencers were invited for the Food Tour to post and write on the campaign, gaining more attraction on social media which ultimately went viral.
Promoting this event to a sustainable level, the F&B tenants were advised to develop a discount programme for non-peak hours to enjoy better sales in the shopping mall.

Overwhelming participation in the Food Tour event including local celebrity and social media influencer, which was designed to promote the signature foods by the F&B tenants. And as a result, the Foodtopia programme became viral.
