#Welton4Me Intergrated Marketing Campaign
Objective
Create a holistic content marketing strategy with tactical campaigns.
Increase awareness for prospect engagement on the company’s development portfolio.

Solution
Launched an integration through social media platforms.
Onboarded social media influencers and developed advertorial campaigns with affluent media in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
Developed a hashtag campaign, #Welton4Me to harness closeness between the group and the public.
Created a mix of multimedia content consisting of videos, animations, and social media activation, to position Welton Group as a pioneer in the Smart Home Systems based on the Internet of Things [IoT] standards in South East Asia.
Executions
Creation of brand strategy based on the Consumer-Based Brand Equity Model [CBBE].
Application of hashtag strategy to demonstrate content based on company positioning, brand promise, salience, and relationship across social media platforms. This initiative also drove traffic from the online space to specific events and vice versa.
Development and execution of corporate website using the latest responsive HTML 5.1 technology and advanced Content Management System [CMS]. The corporate website was used together with other digital tools such as social media feeds, e-newsletter, database management, and queries management for effective customer retention.
Launched #Welton4Me Step Into Future Living Campaign via Facebook and Instagram by focusing on the pillars based on the vision and mission statement. This included a mix element of animated gifs, videos, infographics, and live cam for onground event coverage.
Performance Highlight
More than 1 million number of impressions, setting a benchmark for future campaigns and making Welton Development Facebook Page rank 4th amongst other industry players.
