Dr. Aaron Kwan is an industry expert and the founder and managing partner of AK47™, a corporate training specialist with origins in Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. He has 17 years of experience managing a combined marketing budget of more than $5 million for clients such as FELDA Global Venture (FGV), Halal Development Corporation (HDC), Greenland Malaysia (a global Fortune 500 company), CapitaMalls Malaysia Trust, the Ministry of Tourism, Arts, and Culture (MOTAC), the Ministry of National Unity (KPN), Panasonic Malaysia, Boustead Holdings, and the Lejadi Group of Companies.

He was involved, and having that experience in high-stakes 360-degree marketing campaigns, such as the "Dekat Je" KL Tourism Master Plan as the senior account director, demonstrates his ability to translate marketing concepts and leadership principles into training methodologies.

Dr. Aaron earned his DBA from Universidad Azteca with distinctions majoring in the discipline of marketing and his MBA in marketing from Malaysia's Putra Business School, which is ranked among the top three graduate schools in the region. He graduated from Malaysia's Universiti Tenaga Nasional and Multimedia University with degrees in marketing and multimedia.

He is a core member of the Business Network International (BNI) Elevate Chapter in the Kuala Lumpur City Centre region of Malaysia. He served as the president of his chapter for three consecutive terms and built the BNI business community by sponsoring more than 24 business professionals. He is recognised by BNI Malaysia as a Quadruple Diamond Gold Club Member and a Master Connector, and he is also the recipient of the "Restart the World 3+1" lapel pin. In addition to establishing several businesses in Malaysia and abroad, he also created a compliance list for one of his companies at the Qianhai Equity Exchange (QHEE) in China. His businesses are in the fields of education, skills development, training, travel, and food and beverage.

He has 20 years of professional experience in government licensing, new business setup and financing, operations and marketing, and buying and selling businesses. Additionally, Dr. Poa offers business management consulting services. Dr. Poa has a teaching license from the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and is a Ministry of Human Resources (MHR) certified trainer.

Dr. Zhao Yan has worked in the field of education for more than 16 years and in the coffee industry for 5 years. With partners, she has started a few businesses in China, Malaysia, Australia, and Hong Kong, including ones in education, training, travel, and food and beverage.

Dr. Yan works as a consultant for our clients, offering advice on starting, running, and marketing new businesses. She has a teaching license from the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and is a Ministry of Human Resources certified trainer. Dr. Yan is also a Q Arabica Grader for the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI), which is authorized to grade and score coffees in accordance with guidelines established by the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA).

With over two decades of diverse management and consulting experience, Kahan specialises in designing and executing tailored team-building programmes aimed at driving performance and fostering engagement. Starting his career in aviation with Malaysia Airlines Berhad and AirAsia Berhad, he developed a passion for talent development, eventually transitioning into a trainer role during AirAsia Berhad’s rapid expansion. Later, he ventured into entrepreneurship, founding Rising Asia Sdn. Bhd. His professional journey has seen him excel in various roles spanning operations, management, internal audit, customer experience, sales and marketing, and human resource development, enabling him to craft highly engaging and performance-driven team-building activities aligned with clients' organisational cultures and values.

Fei received her Master of Architecture at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and her Bachelor of Architectural Studies at the University of Hong Kong. Fei is a licenced architect in the US. She has worked on projects of various scales in Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Australia, Japan, Mainland China, Macau, and Thailand.

She served as Program Committee Chair at the American Institute of Architects in 2021 and Committee Chair of the Emerging Professionals Committee in 2022. Besides attending reviews as a guest critic at the University of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Design Institute, Fei is also running a mentoring programme with over 90 participants in 2022. In 2019, Fei was the co-curator of "Cross Boundary-Architecture x Fashion," an exhibition organised by the Hong Kong Architecture Center. Her role as a curator of the 2022 Hong Kong and Shenzhen biennale-city of urbanism and architecture (Hong Kong) is one of her career highlights.

Fei advises on strategic marketing solutions for the client portfolio related to construction, architectural, and interior design. She is also the representative for the Hong Kong and Malaysia Business Associations.
